Sample Questions to Add to Your SCF Surveys

You can add up to two questions to your student course feedback surveys. This resource provides sample questions you can add to your surveys. The samples are grouped by different pedogogical topics or scenarios you may want to assess in your courses. You can copy these questions, make changes, or write your own questions.

The questions you add to your surveys must be one of the  following types:

  • Single Response
    • 6-point Scale (Strongly Agree - Strongly Disagree)
    • 3-point Scale (Yes - No)
  • Free Response (Comment)

Active Learning

  • The instructor's delivery techniques (lecture, projects, assignments) supported my active learning. Single Response
